All products are made to order. Our lead time for our door plaques is currently 3-5 working days excluding delivery, but we will aim to dispatch sooner if possible. All of our products include free delivery as standard. Orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail. Orders should therefore reach you 1-3 working days after you receive your dispatch email. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as Christmas.
Orders of £25 or more will be sent Signed For First Class, requiring a signature upon delivery.
If you think your order may be lost, please contact us. It will be classed as lost if it still hasn't arrived 14 days after your dispatch email. To be able to issue a refund, we must be notified within 21 days from your dispatch email, otherwise you will be offered a store credit to spend on our website.
Please ensure delivery details are correct, we cannot take responsibility for items that get delivered to the wrong destination.
