Please note, that due to the COVID-19 situation, our current lead time for letterbox sized items (Coasters/Pocket Hugs/Dreamcatchers) is up to 7 working days before dispatch. Larger items that require more finishing (Clocks/Birthday Calendars) will take up to 14 working days before dispatch. Personalised Wedding products will also take up to 14 working days until dispatch (samples will only take up to 5 working days before dispatch). Dispatch times will be outlined on individual product pages. Any queries, please get in touch with us. All of our products include free delivery as standard. Orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail, please allow extra time for delivery delays, we really appreciate your patience during these unusual times.
Orders of £25 or more will be sent Signed For First Class, requiring a signature upon delivery.
If you think your order may be lost, please contact us. It will be classed as lost if it still hasn't arrived 14 days after your dispatch email. To be able to issue a refund, we must be notified within 21 days from your dispatch email, otherwise you will be offered a store credit to spend on our website.
Please ensure delivery details are correct, we cannot take responsibility for items that get delivered to the wrong destination.

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded as they cannot be resold, so please double check all spelling and grammar before placing your order as we cannot take responsibility for any errors that are not made by us. We will engrave the item using the details you provide, only changing the format if needed, to conform to the product's design. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your order, so please contact us if there is a problem.
Please contact us for a return address within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to return/refund a non-personalised item.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us via a tracked delivery method.
