Personalised Robins Appear Christmas Decoration

Please ensure the personalised name/text is correct at time of ordering as it will be engraved as received. Treetop Treasures will not accept responsibility for any incorrect personalisation (mis-spelt/mis-typed) through the fault of the buyer.

 

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately via email (info@treetoptreasures.co.uk) and we will try to resolve the issue if possible. 

All products are made to order. Our lead time for our decorations is currently 3-5 working days excluding delivery, but we will aim to dispatch sooner if possible. All of our products include free delivery as standard. Orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail. Orders should therefore reach you 1-3 working days after you receive your dispatch email. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as Christmas.

Orders of £25 or more will be sent Signed For First Class, requiring a signature upon delivery.

If you think your order may be lost, please contact us. It will be classed as lost if it still hasn't arrived 14 days after your dispatch email. To be able to issue a refund, we must be notified within 21 days from your dispatch email, otherwise you will be offered a store credit to spend on our website.

Please ensure delivery details are correct, we cannot take responsibility for items that get delivered to the wrong destination.

If there are any issues with your order, please let us know! We want you to be happy with your order.

Please notify us within 24 hours if any items arrive faulty or damaged. 

 

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded as they cannot be resold, so please double check all spelling and grammar before placing your order as we cannot take responsibility for any errors that are not made by us. We will engrave the item using the details you provide, only changing the format if needed, to conform to the product's design. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your order, so please contact us if there is a problem.

Please contact us for a return address within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to return/refund a non-personalised item.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us via a tracked delivery method.

Please be aware that natural materials such as wood, can have different natural variations, such as tone/grain. Therefore, no two items will be identical.
