WOW stands for Women on Wednesday and is a weekly competition run by highly successful female entrepreneur Jacqueline Gold CBE (and CEO of Ann Summers) as part of her WOW: Championing Working Women Initiative.
Jacqueline champions and celebrates women in business. She has previously been voted Most Inspirational Businesswoman in the UK and Most Powerful Woman in Business, so for our business to get the thumbs up from her, is an amazing achievement and we are immensely proud! Very excited to become part of the exclusive community of #WOW winners.
We have had an amazing 2 weeks, the week before we won our #WOW award, we were also chosen as Small Business Shoutout's Featured Business of the Week over on Twitter. Lots of people applied, but we were chosen and it was a great experience! We gained lots of new followers and it was amazing to receive such amazing support and feedback. Our followers got a personal insight into how we started the business, what we love doing and what we have to offer.
We have loved connecting with many other small businesses and are really excited for it to continue!
